Refunds and Returns

Refunds are only available on items that are factory faults or lost orders.

Return your item and we'll swap it for the same item in a different size. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

Return the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in its original condition together with proof of purchase. Original condition means the item hasn't been opened or used, is still in its original packaging, and all accessories are included. No delivery charges will be refunded.

If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, return it to us with a copy of the receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will send it immediately to the manufacturer for assessment.

The decision as to whether the product is repaired or replaced under warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer.

In most cases orders are sent using Australia Post/StarTrack. A shipping notification email will be sent along with an Australia Post/StarTrack tracking number.

Freight charges depend on the weight of your order and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If your order is particularly heavy, bulky, or going to a remote area, we will contact you to advise of any further charges.

Delivery within Australia typically takes 3 to 7 days. If you live in a particularly remote area, please allow up to 10 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay — if you haven't received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. There is no cancellation option available for customers after 6 hours.
