2. Polypropylene
Polyester is a synthetic fabric that is often used for sports gear and is another popular fabric for personalized t-shirts. This is due to the material’s quick-drying properties and comfort. It keeps its shape and doesn’t shrink or stretch after several washes.
3. Blended Poly-Cotton
Poly-cotton blends, which are usually a 50:50 combination of polyester and cotton, combine the best of both worlds — natural and synthetic fabric. It is also a more cost-effective solution for many people than 100 percent cotton materials.
4. Linen
This is another lightweight natural fabric that is best suited for summary wear. Custom t-shirts made of this material are not as prevalent as those made of other materials. Nonetheless, because of its moisture-wicking and breathable properties, it can be an excellent choice. However, it might not be appropriate for all printing processes.
5. Tri-Blends
A tri-blend is a ‘hybrid’ mix of three textiles – cotton, polyester, and rayon – that can compensate for the flaws of each fabric by providing a well-combined end result.
